Precisely articulates how George Lucas retroactively fucked up the childhood of an entire generation. Kick back with a beer and watch all 7 parts from RedLetterMedia. Trust me.

Given California’s economic crisis, this apocalyptic CGI-gasm may not be the worst case scenario by the time it’s released.
Bonus points for the shot where a guy that just learned to fly a plane manages to not fly it the two glass towers that look eerily like the World Trade Center.
Of course this time the two towers are coming down on their own as a result of mother nature, or scripture, or something biblical. Could the arguably-pre-destined total collapse of man-made civilization somehow be an even greater threat than terrorism?
Maybe this movie is supposed to like, be a metaphor or something?

In praise of the sci-fi corridor
The most definitive article I’ve ever seen on the design / art direction of the ever-present corridor in sci-fi films. Great to compare all of the images in one place.

Music Video Shot on iPhone 3GS
The color is actually looks better than some of the prosumer DV cameras from a few years ago. Also, check out the Behind the Scenes video (ironically shot on a Canon 5D Mark II).
